Hi everyone! Zach here. I’ve spent almost my entire life teaching and performing music. I’ve been playing guitar for over 15 years and the most common remark I’ve received from everyone is “You’re so talented!”
People often say, "You're so talented!" But few realize the countless hours, sleepless nights, and relentless dedication that go into mastering music. I believe talent is not a gift, but a mindset – a way of approaching challenges with curiosity and persistence. This mindset - anyone can have it.
As a professional musician, I've faced doubts and uncertainties. The music industry can be tough, and many musicians gloss over the struggles. I've received my share of criticism and struggled to learn and perfect music in a professional aspect. But I persevered.
After taking a long time to overcome these challenges, I realized that a lot of music teachers tend to tell you information without dissecting the problem and offering a plan or solution. Traditional music teaching often falls short. "Just practice" isn't enough. You need guidance, strategy, and support. That's why I developed my own sustainable teaching methods, focusing on:
